The 2025 Ford Explorer has the latest version of Ford\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> BlueCruise hands-free driving technology. The updated version includes lane change assist, adaptive cruise control, and an in-lane positioning system that will keep you centered in the lane, even when taking corners. The BlueCruise system has been available on select Ford models since 2022 and is finally making its way to the Explorer. It\u2019s available with the ST-Line, ST, and the Platinum models.<\/p>\n

Two Brawny Powertrains<\/h3>\n

It doesn\u2019t have enough power, said no one, ever, about the Ford Explorer. The 2025 has two strong engines to choose from, starting with a 2.3-liter four-cylinder that churns out 300 horsepower. If you\u2019re looking for something even more thrilling than the four-cylinder, then check out the 3.0-liter EcoBoost V-6. It offers up to 400 horsepower and 415 pound-feet of torque for the ST trim. Press on the gas, and you\u2019ll reach 60 mph in just 5.2 seconds.<\/p>\n

The ST is your Explorer of choice if you want extra power, but it’s also the Explorer for you if you\u2019re looking for sporty upgrades. It has quad chrome exhaust tips, a sport-tuned suspension, and a flat-bottomed steering wheel you make sure you get the full sport-driving experience.<\/p>\n

The Ford Digital Experience<\/h3>\n

Infotainment systems are becoming the make-it or break-it factors in modern vehicles. We expect our new cars and SUVs<\/strong><\/a> to keep us connected and entertained. The 2025 Explorer is the first Ford to have the new Ford Digital Experience software. The system creates a customized profile for each of the drivers and uses apps such as Spotify and Google Maps. The voice commands allow drivers to keep their hands on the wheel and with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, they can connect their phone for access to all their contacts.<\/p>\n

When you\u2019re parked in your 2025 Explorer<\/strong><\/a>, the entertainment is almost endless. You can stream videos, watch YouTube, and access the internet using the 5G Wi-Fi hotspot.<\/p>\n

The dashboard is pushed forward to give the front passengers extra space, and there are lots of soft touch surfaces throughout the cabin. Every Ford Explorer has heated front seats, and there are all kinds of available upgrades and packages for customizing your ride. Add a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, and a power-folding third row if you want to make it easier to expand your cargo space.
