The lower two trims of the G70 are powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 252 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. The base trim level uses an eight-speed automatic transmission to give you 22 city/30 hwy when you choose RWD, while AWD versions give you 20 city/27 hwy mpg. If you select the M/T model, you’ll have a six-speed manual transmission that returns 18 city/28 hwy mpg.

Move to the 3.3T version of the G70, and you have a 3.3-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine that produces 365 horsepower and 376 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. You have the choice between RWD and AWD with this powertrain as well. If you select an RWD layout, you’ll have 17 city/26 hwy mpg while AWD versions return 17 city/25 hwy mpg.
